Balmer returned to action on Saturday as AFC Wimbledon faced off against fierce rivals MK Dons in south London. Making his presence felt with his long throws, Balmer played an instrumental role for 77 minutes before being substituted off. His defensive prowess played a significant part in AFC Wimbledon’s 1-0 victory, with the winning goal coming in the 94th minute.
