Newcastle United Close to Securing £28m Summer Transfer of Lewis Hall from Chelsea

Newcastle United is edging closer to finalizing the permanent transfer of Lewis Hall from Chelsea this summer, despite the young left-back’s limited first-team opportunities during his loan spell.
