John-Kymani Gordon Embarks on Loan Journey with AFC Wimbledon

In a move aimed at gaining additional first-team experience, 20-year-old forward John-Kymani Gordon has officially joined AFC Wimbledon on loan until the conclusion of the season.

Gordon, who played a pivotal role in Carlisle United’s promotion through the play-offs last season, is set to contribute to Johnnie Jackson’s Wimbledon side’s pursuit of promotion from League Two. His earlier loan spell this season was with Cambridge United.

Having been part of the Crystal Palace Academy for over a decade, Gordon has been included in the first-team matchday squad 13 times since 2020. Notably, he scored an impressive 13 goals in 17 appearances for the Under-21s in the previous season.
